General purchasing conditions
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
In compliance with the duty of information contained in article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, you are visiting https://themopbookstore.com/ (hereinafter the “Website”) These General Purchase Conditions regulate the use of the Website that is operated by ORANGE BREEZE, SL, (hereinafter ORANGE BREEZE) a Spanish company with address at C/ Torreiro, nº 13, 15001, A Coruña, and with CIF B56413594, Registro Mercantil de A Coruña, Volume 3819, Folio 75, Section 1, Sheet C-63695.
These General Purchase Conditions apply to the sale of all items available on the website.
2. THE CUSTOMER
The use by the customer of the services of the online store presupposes, in any case, adherence to the General Purchase Conditions in the version published at the time of the purchase order. Therefore, it is advisable that the customer read these General Conditions before proceeding to make a purchase. ORANGE BREEZE informs that its website is aimed exclusively at an audience over 18 years of age, and reserves the right to cancel a customer's access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.
Likewise, the client undertakes to:
- Use the Website only to make inquiries and/or legally valid purchases or acquisitions.
- Do not make fraudulent or false purchases. If it is considered that the Client has made a purchase of this nature, it could be canceled and the relevant authorities would be informed.

3. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
To place an order you must follow the online purchasing procedure by adding the products to the shopping cart. To complete the purchase process you must click on “Pay now”, which will imply acceptance of these purchase conditions, as well as the privacy policy. Once the payment process is complete you will receive an email with confirmation of your order. Likewise, you will receive an email to notify you that your order has been delivered to the carrier, as a method of shipping confirmation.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in supplying products or if items are out of stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION
Once all the products have been added to the basket, you can finalize your order. In order to deliver the order, the following personal information will be requested: Name and surname, telephone number, email, Country/Region and complete postal address. Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been made by credit or debit card, we will send you a confirmation email with its details. You will receive the items you have purchased in the manner and within the indicated period.
PRICE
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. They appear detailed in each article and include VAT (Value Added Tax), or the corresponding tax.
Once the purchase order is finalized and completed, and before making the payment, a summary will be displayed with the items included and their total price (including the transportation price according to rates updated at any time by the transportation company).
The prices on this Website are shown in euros, and do not include custom duties costs/taxes if the shipping destination requires it.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and is essential for its formalization. The supported payment methods are:
Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express, Union Pay credit or debit card . In any case, the choice of payment method is made during the purchase process on the corresponding screen.
To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card details will be encrypted. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to formalize any contract with you.
ORDER DELIVERY TIME
The delivery period will be a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid.
These deadlines may be altered by circumstances beyond our control or that of the carrier, such as strikes, weather incidents, public disorder, traffic accidents, etc. In these cases, we will not assume any responsibility for delays.
For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that "delivery" has occurred or that the order has been "delivered" at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, which is will prove receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address by signing.
Shipping costs
Delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the customer [Confirm delivery areas in the table below]. All shipping costs correspond directly to the customer, which will be applied at the time of checkout. The shipping cost will depend on the destination, weight and dimensions of the order. The rates reflected below do not include tariffs or administrative expenses in cases where customs management is necessary. Transportation rates are indicative, and may vary in the event that the transportation company applies changes due to states of emergency, fuel supplements, or others beyond our management.

Expenses derived from tariffs and taxes at the Canary Islands customs are not included in the price of the product or shipping costs . Upon request from said authorities, you must pay the corresponding amount required, in addition to the expenses corresponding to the management of said procedures by the courier.
Expenses derived from tariffs and customs in countries not belonging to the European Union are not included in the price of the product, nor in the amount of transportation. International regulations on parcel shipments require us by law to attach an official invoice in triplicate as documentation accompanying the shipment, without which no shipment is accepted for processing. The customs authorities of the destination country will calculate upon arrival of the merchandise, and based on this documentation, the legal rates that must be applied. Upon request from said authorities, you must pay the corresponding amount required.
Incidents in delivery
We will make shipments through a home courier service. Remember to provide an address where the order can be delivered within normal hours, as well as a telephone number. Otherwise, we cannot be held responsible for any possible delays or inability to deliver the order.
If you cannot make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency, after two failed attempts, will return the merchandise to origin, therefore you must contact the transport agency to arrange a new delivery.
In the event that the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will contact you and, if thirty (30) days have passed since we made the item available to you, you have not picked it up or refuse to receive it, will be considered abandoned. RETURN POLICY
We inform you that, in accordance with current legislation, you have the right to exercise the return of your purchase made in our online store, with the following exceptions:
- Books: Books are excluded from the possibility of withdrawal due to their delicate and exclusive nature. The client accepts that, once purchased, he/she will not be able to return the book unless it has arrived damaged and can prove it.
- Sealed products: Products that are sealed, such as collectibles or technological products, cannot be returned once the seal has been removed or altered. We recommend that you check the condition of the seal before opening the product.
- Customized Products: If a product has been customized to the customer's specifications, returns will generally not be accepted unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
- Products not suitable for return for health reasons.

- Refund: Once we receive and verify the status of the returned product, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used in the initial purchase.

The guarantee offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. ORANGE BREEZE carries out photographic work in each campaign to show the products in the most real way possible. However, items may be subject to color variations depending on the calibration of your monitor.
INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You acknowledge and consent that all copyright, trademark and other industrial and intellectual property rights on the materials or content provided as part of the website correspond at all times to us or to those who have granted us a license for their use. You may use such material only as expressly authorized by us or those who have licensed its use to us. This will not prevent you from using this website to the extent necessary to copy your order information or Contact details.
